Bill has also been, at various times, a freelance writer, political consultant, graduate student, English teacher (in France), and, for thirteen months, children’s entertainer. He’s worked for the Rose Institute of State & Local Government, the Claremont Institute, the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce, National Demographics Corporation, and Arroyo Associates (a local management consulting firm).
He lives in Pasadena, with his first-born son and beautiful wife.
